About Me

I was born in London, England and immigrated to Pakistan at a very young age. Though we returned to England after only a couple of years or so, I appreciated familiarizing myself with a different culture, language and most fondly the awesome Desi food. Dallas has been my home since 1982. With my background in sales & marketing, and some encouragement from my peers, in 2005 I dove into the real estate world and haven’t looked back since. Knowledge is power, so my first priority was to seek advanced education and training; hence, I attained my Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) certification, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and the top designation awarded only to 3% of Realtors nationally, the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

With my diverse background, experience and my relentless effort to represent my client’s best interests, I provide an invaluable service to those who are seeking to purchase or sell their home, or investors who need a dependable property manager to relieve them the burden of being a landlord. We had been approached by multiple real estate agents to list our home for sale, however, we chose to have Javaid help us despite never having worked with him previously. Javaid was incredibly professional and was more prepared than the others with the latest information to help us determine the best price to list the home because of his thorough understanding of the area. He provided key recommendations about how to prepare the home prior to listing that would embrace and accentuate the unique features of the home. Since we had already moved out, he was also politely adamant that we engage a professional home staging company to help the home look its best when it went on the market, whereas none of the other agents felt this was necessary. After we signed the listing agreement, he provided great recommendations to complete the necessary preparations and then helped to coordinate with and facilitate access for the people we hired to get things taken care of before the home went on the market.
